We are seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join a leading organisation within the healthcare industry. This key role offers the opportunity to drive financial strategy and provide expert guidance across various business units, supporting the delivery of essential healthcare services.


Role Overview: As a Finance Business Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping financial policies and directing fiscal operations to ensure the organisation's financial health and operational efficiency. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insight and analysis that support strategic decisions and operational improvements.

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and aligning financial strategies with organizational goals.

  • Develop and refine financial models and performance metrics to monitor and report on financial status and progress.

  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.

  • Act as a key advisor on all financial matters, influencing long-term strategies and tactical initiatives.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in financial management and business partnering.

  • Proven track record in the healthcare sector or related industries, with a deep understanding of the financial operations and regulations affecting healthcare.

  • Strong analytical skills, coupled with advanced proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with and influencing senior management.

  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to anticipate future financial challenges and opportunities.
