Role Overview: The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the business strategy, evaluating new business opportunities, and leading negotiations. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the strategic financial planning and execution to support the business’s growth and strategic objectives.

• Lead the financial evaluation of new business opportunities and manage robust negotiations.

• Collaborate with other senior leaders to align financial and business strategies, enhancing overall organisational performance

About You:

• Extensive experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within a large, multifaceted organisation.

• Proven track record of successful business strategy development and execution, with a strong commercial acumen.

• Excellent negotiation skills and experience in managing significant business evaluations and deals.

• Strong capability in governance and risk management, with a keen eye for optimising business operations and financial health.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as CA, CPA, MBA, or equivalent, with a deep understanding of the financial dynamics of large-scale service operations.
