Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process to support business growth.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax and audit requirements.
Manage the finance team, providing leadership and guidance.
Support business strategies through financial insights and reporting.
About You:
7+ years of experience in a senior finance role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
Strong financial reporting and analysis skills, with experience managing teams.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
Relevant qualifications (CA/CPA) or equivalent.
