Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business line leaders to provide financial insights that drive business decisions and performance improvements.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, analysing variations, and providing forecasts and comprehensive analyses.

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Implement and oversee effective financial controls and governance processes.

• Provide training and support to non-financial managers regarding budget management and financial understanding.

• Continuously improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Ideal Candidate:

• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent) is required.

• Several years of experience in management accounting within a complex, multifaceted organization.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building strong working relationships across various departments.
