Role Overview: You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting activities. This role demands first-class communication skills and a proficiency in Excel, as it involves regular business partnering with various internal stakeholders to support decision-making processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed budgeting and forecasting to support strategic planning and performance management.

  • Perform financial analysis to uncover trends, assess risks, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports that articulate key financial metrics to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate effectively with different business units, providing financial insights and recommendations to aid operational and strategic decisions.

  • Maintain and enhance financial models using advanced Excel skills.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies at all times.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Management Accountant, preferably in a large, globally listed organization.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and influence decision-making.

  • Expert level proficiency in Excel, capable of managing complex financial models and data analysis.

  • Strong understanding of financial principles related to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • A proactive team player who can effectively collaborate with various departments and business units.

  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance, with professional certifications such as CPA, CA or CIMA considered an asset.
