Our client, a leading global energy firm, is seeking an experienced Contract Manager for a large-scale solar site project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing all contractual aspects of the project, ensuring compliance, risk management, and smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts related to the solar project.
Ensure all contractual obligations are met and that the project adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract performance.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and legal teams to resolve any contractual issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
Strong understanding of construction and energy project contracts, particularly in solar energy.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
