Contract Manager - Solar

Our client, a leading global energy firm, is seeking an experienced Contract Manager for a large-scale solar site project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing all contractual aspects of the project, ensuring compliance, risk management, and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts related to the solar project.

• Ensure all contractual obligations are met and that the project adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.

• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract performance.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and legal teams to resolve any contractual issues.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the renewable energy sector.

• Strong understanding of construction and energy project contracts, particularly in solar energy.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
