Our client, a major player in sustainable energy and infrastructure projects, is looking for an Environmental Advisor to ensure compliance and promote environmental sustainability across their projects.

The Opportunity:In this role, the Environmental Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice on environmental issues, ensuring that all projects adhere to relevant legislation and sustainability standards. You will work closely with project teams to assess environmental impacts and implement strategies that minimize any negative effects on the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide environmental advice and support across a variety of infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

• Ensure all projects comply with environmental regulations and sustainability objectives.

• Conduct environmental assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential impacts.

• Engage with stakeholders to promote environmentally responsible practices.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.

• Experience in environmental management within infrastructure or energy sectors.

• Knowledge of Australian environmental laws and regulations.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence project teams and stakeholders.
