Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the negotiation, management, and execution of contracts related to renewable energy projects.

• Provide strategic advice to project teams and senior leadership, ensuring alignment with commercial and project objectives.

• Manage contract compliance, including addressing variations, claims, and risk management.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of renewable energy projects.

• Lead efforts to optimize contract performance and maximize project value.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in commercial management, ideally within the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.

• Strong background in contract negotiation and management, with a focus on maximizing value and mitigating risks.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, engineering, or a related field.
