The Office Manager will be the backbone of the agency, responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supporting the team, and creating an efficient and positive workplace. The successful candidate will be a problem-solver with exceptional organisational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and keeping everything running like clockwork.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and well-organized environment.

  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies management.

  • Support the leadership team with calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities to foster a positive and collaborative culture.

  • Handle basic HR functions such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and assisting with recruitment processes.

  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts, ensuring cost-effective operations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any office-related issues, from IT to facilities management, ensuring minimal disruption to the team.

  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures, continually seeking ways to improve efficiency.

  • Assist with special projects as needed, providing administrative support to various departments.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably within a creative or digital agency environment.

  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Proficiency in office management software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • A proactive approach with a knack for anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.

  • Experience in basic HR and finance functions is a plus.
