Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of operational processes and systems to support the company’s rapid growth.

  • Streamline existing workflows and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity.

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including logistics, procurement, and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align operational strategies with the company’s overall goals.

  • Lead and mentor a growing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are met and report on performance to senior management.

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring all teams are aligned and working towards common objectives.

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost efficiency.

  • Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within a tech startup or fast-paced environment.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a growing team.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency.

  • Experience in developing and implementing scalable processes and systems.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

  • A hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the day-to-day operations.

  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
