Key Responsibilities:
Lead contract negotiations and manage all contractual obligations.
Oversee the development, implementation, and compliance of contracts for large-scale construction projects.
Mitigate commercial risks and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Provide strategic commercial advice to senior management and project teams.
Manage contractor and subcontractor agreements, ensuring optimal performance and outcomes.
About You:
7+ years of contract management experience, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
In-depth knowledge of contract law and construction contracts.
Relevant qualifications in law, contract management, or a related field.
