Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the negotiation, execution, and management of contracts related to housing, social, and citizen services projects.

• Provide strategic commercial advice to project teams and senior management, ensuring that projects align with organizational goals.

• Manage contract compliance, addressing variations, claims, and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of services that meet community needs.

• Drive continuous improvement in commercial practices, focusing on delivering value and achieving project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in commercial or contract management, ideally within the social infrastructure or public services sectors.

• Strong background in contract negotiation and management, with a focus on delivering community-oriented projects.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, business, or a related field.
