Key Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive and commercially focused legal advice to internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Manage contract disputes, variations, and tender processes with a focus on achieving positive project outcomes.

About You:

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience as a lawyer, with strong expertise in construction law and infrastructure projects.

• Proven ability to navigate complex legal frameworks and provide sound advice in high-stakes environments.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing contract negotiations and legal risk.

• Admitted as a solicitor in an Australian jurisdiction and holding a current practicing certificate.
