Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing Payroll Operations: The Group Payroll Manager will manage the end-to-end payroll process for a large and diverse workforce, guaranteeing timely and accurate payments while maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation.
Team Leadership: They will lead a dedicated payroll team, fostering a culture of excellence, and supporting ongoing development and training.
Ensuring Compliance: The successful candidate will stay ahead of payroll legislation and awards, ensuring the organization remains compliant and operates in line with best practices.
Driving Process Improvements: Identifying and implementing strategies to optimize payroll processes and increase operational efficiency will be a key focus.
