Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing Payroll Operations: The Group Payroll Manager will manage the end-to-end payroll process for a large and diverse workforce, guaranteeing timely and accurate payments while maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation.

  • Team Leadership: They will lead a dedicated payroll team, fostering a culture of excellence, and supporting ongoing development and training.

  • Ensuring Compliance: The successful candidate will stay ahead of payroll legislation and awards, ensuring the organization remains compliant and operates in line with best practices.

  • Driving Process Improvements: Identifying and implementing strategies to optimize payroll processes and increase operational efficiency will be a key focus.

  • Collaborating with Stakeholders: Partnering with HR, finance, and other departments, the Group Payroll Manager will deliver a seamless payroll experience for all employees.

  • Providing Payroll Reporting and Insights: They will generate accurate payroll reports and offer valuable insights that support the leadership team in decision-making.
