Are you a payroll implementation expert ready to make a real impact in a dynamic environment? Aequalis Consulting is seeking a skilled Payroll Implementation Consultant for a six-month contract with our client, a rapidly growing tech company. This in-house role is ideal for someone with payroll software experience who’s ready to lead a transformative payroll system rollout.


About the Role:

In this position, you’ll manage the end-to-end implementation of a new payroll system, collaborating closely with HR and Finance to ensure a seamless transition. From system configuration to data migration, you’ll oversee each phase, providing training, troubleshooting, and support to optimize payroll processes for the company’s continued growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the payroll system implementation, including setup, configuration, and any necessary customization.

  • Manage data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accurate and reliable transfer.

  • Partner with HR, Finance, and other teams to align payroll functionality with business requirements.

  • Deliver end-user training and create documentation to support a smooth handover.

  • Address any implementation challenges, ensuring the system meets compliance and operational standards.


About You:

  • Proven experience in payroll system implementations, ideally with a background in payroll software or similar roles.

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, compliance, and system functionalities.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle timelines and coordinate complex projects.

  • Clear communicator with a collaborative approach to training and end-user support.

  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, skilled in data migration and system configuration.
