This role is perfect for a payroll professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing payroll for a diverse workforce.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments, while contributing to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire payroll cycle, including processing, reporting, and compliance.
Ensure the accurate calculation of wages, taxes, superannuation, and other deductions.
Provide expert advice on payroll issues and support the HR and finance teams.
Develop and implement improvements to payroll processes and systems.
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and ensure compliance.
About You:
5+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and current legislation.
Proven ability to manage multiple payroll cycles and meet deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
