This role is ideal for a systems professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, leveraging their technical expertise to optimise payroll functionality, enhance system efficiencies, and ensure compliance in a large-scale operation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance Chris21, ensuring alignment with evolving payroll requirements and compliance standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to support seamless payroll processing.

  • Drive system automation and process improvements, collaborating with IT and payroll teams.

  • Ensure accurate interpretation and application of EBAs and Award structures within the payroll system.

  • Develop system reports and insights to enhance payroll data integrity and efficiency.


About You:

  • Extensive experience in Chris21 system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.

  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, EBA interpretation, and Award compliance.

  • Proven ability to operate in a high-volume, complex payroll environment.

  • Technical proficiency in system integrations, reporting tools, and SQL (highly regarded).

  • A proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
